At Sellora, we make returning items simple and stress-free. Before initiating a return, please review our Return Policy on Sellora.com to confirm your item is eligible for return.

Getting Your Return Label for Online Orders

When you start a return, we’ll send you an email containing your return label. You can also access and print your label directly from your Purchase History on Sellora.com.

Steps to Print Your Return Label

  • Log in to your Sellora.com account and go to Purchase History.
  • Select View Details for the item you wish to return.
  • Click Start a Return.
  • Check the box next to the item(s) you want to return and click Continue.
  • Choose the reason for your return and click Next.
  • Select whether you prefer a refund or replacement, then click Next.
  • Add any optional comments, click Save, and then Continue.
  • Repeat steps 5–7 for additional items if returning more than one.
  • Choose your preferred return method (see below) and click Continue.
  • Review your return details and click Submit to finalize.

Return Methods

We offer flexible return options tailored to your convenience. Available methods will be displayed when you initiate you return:

No Repackaging Required

  • Return to a Sellora Fulfillment Center: For most items, bring the barcode displayed on your screen or the return email to a Sellora fulfillment center. No packaging needed!

Repackaging Required

  • Scheduled Pickup: Arrange for your item to be picked up from the original delivery location.
  • Return by Mail: Print the return label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at a USPS or FedEx location.
  • Drop Off at FedEx: Print the return label, secure it to your package, and deliver it to a nearby FedEx location.
