- You haven’t received the Ready for Pickup email within the expected timeframe.
- You’ve registered your order using the contact details provided but still face issues.
Delivery Delays
If your scheduled delivery is delayed, you may receive a text message or app notification offering you the option to:
- Switch your delivery to a pickup order, with a time slot available within the next 24 hours.
- If you choose pickup, we’ll refund any delivery fees.

Returned Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed, our driver may return your order to a Sellora fulfillment center. We’ll contact you to:
- Reschedule your delivery at a convenient time.
- Cancel the order at no charge if rescheduling isn’t possible.
Deliveries may be returned due to:
- An unreachable address.
- No safe drop-off location.
- Customer unavailability.
- Order cancellation by the customer.
- Compliance with safety and quality standards.
Shipping and Carrier Delays
Track your order on Sellora.com for updated estimated delivery dates. Contact us via the Chat with Us button if:
- Your tracking information hasn’t updated in two business days.
- It’s been two business days past the estimated delivery date.
In Home Delivery Delays
For delays in our premium In Home delivery service, we’ll notify you via email, text, or push notification with options to:
- Reschedule your In Home delivery.
- Convert to a standard delivery or pickup.
- Cancel your In Home delivery.
In Home Delivery Returns
If an In Home delivery is returned to a Sellora fulfillment center, a team member will reach out to:
- Arrange for you to pick up your order.
- Cancel the order if preferred.
In Home deliveries may be returned if:
- The address cannot be located.
- No safe delivery spot is available.
- The delivery associate cannot access your home or designated drop-off area via your smart entry device.
- Compliance with safety and quality standards is required.
