
You can take advantage of Walmart’s Everyday Low Prices and save time on your shopping with our pickup and delivery service. Simply place an order online, choose a timeslot, and an associate will gather your items and place them in bags. When your order is ready, we'll send a Ready for Pickup email if you’ve chosen to pick up from your local store or your order can be delivered right to your door.

Delayed or Canceled Pickup Orders
Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Before you contact customer care for a delayed or cancel order, be sure to:
Call the store if you've received the notification and checked in before you arrived and are still experiencing a delay. You'll find the phone number in our app or when you arrive at the pickup location.
Select the Chat with us button for any other concerns about wait times.
To see if your address qualifies for delivery:
A local, third-party delivery driver will bring your order right to your door. After the driver picks up your order, you'll get a notification letting you know the driver is on their way. In some cases, the delivery can take up to two hours to get to you.
If you select, I’ll sign for my order, this will require you to provide a pin or signature when the driver delivers your order. A pin may also be required for certain orders or high value items. You’ll be notified at checkout if this is required.
If there’s a delay in your InHome delivery, you may get an email, text message, or push notification inviting you to update your InHome order with the following options:
